Victoria De Santiago joined CAMCO Community Management as director of training and Apogee Nevada as vice president, a dual role.
De Santiago, a Las Vegas native and Henderson resident, began her career with CAMCO in 2012 and has spent 14 years plus in real estate, including 10 in leadership, at CAMCO, D.R. Horton and PulteGroup.
CAMCO and Apogee are sister companies. CAMCO manages Southern Nevada residential communities, digesting community bylaws and regulations to ensure homeowner compliance; performing fiscal and tax duties; and keeping corporate records. Apogee also manages homeowners associations, guiding communities as builders finance and retire construction bonds.
De Santiago has worked with single-family home communities, condominiums, townhomes, large-scale master-planned communities, age-restricted communities and build-to-rent projects.
She has served more than 20 Las Vegas Valley homeowner association boards and worked extensively with developers to sharpen her real estate operations and governance expertise.
De Santiago manages high-performing teams and strengthens homeowner associations as new residential developments launch and stabilize. By aligning managers’ strategies with communities’ values, she helps residents, boards and industry vendors build and maintain relationships.
CAMCO and Apogee President David Swenson said he’s thrilled to have De Santiago back on his staff.

De Santiago said she hopes to apply her experience to help CAMCO and Apogee build momentum and thrive.
“My long-term goal from the training perspective is to elevate our managers, growing our company naturally and organically as the best in the industry,” she said. “We want our managers to feel confident and prepared to take on any type of new accounts.”
De Santiago said she’ll pursue her certified manager of community associations and association management specialist credentials and stay active in the Community Associations Institute, Southern Nevada Home Builders Association and Professional Women in Building Council.
