Members of Las Vegas REALTORS® (LVR) are teaming up with Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada (RTSNV) to volunteer May 16 to help a local homeowner named Michael revitalize his aging home in Henderson.
All work will be provided at no cost to Michael, a Henderson native who has a disability and is undergoing surgery that week.
In addition to donating $15,000 to RTSNV, LVR volunteers will be doing maintenance work, including exterior painting, xeriscaping and property and yard cleanup. As part of NAR’s REALTOR® Volunteer Days being held nationwide May 10-18, LVR is supporting RTSNV’s mission of transforming the lives of low-income homeowners by rehabilitating homes to improve their overall health and safety and to enhance community pride and property values.
