The company, which is based in Las Vegas, has proudly developed two original concepts to reflect the local color and history, DT Arts Market and Jayn & Este, as well as a new joint location for two of the company’s most beloved brands, InMotion and the world-famous Welcome To Las Vegas Gift Shop.
DT Arts Market is a brand that captures the charm, characteristics, culture, and the very core of Downtown Las Vegas, offering a truly unique retail experience that has been well received by Las Vegas travelers. The essence of the vibrant district, which celebrates the city’s unique environment and history, is reflected in the local brands, art, gifts, and other products offered at DT Arts Market. Key local vendors include the 18b Las Vegas Arts District Association, Threads of Envy, Abbie Ren, Ethel M Chocolate Factory, WH Smith North America’s Welcome To Las Vegas, and more. The store also features gear from the city’s favorite sports teams like Las Vegas Raiders, Vegas Golden Knights, Las Vegas Lights FC, and Las Vegas Aviators. DT Arts Market is located before the A/B Gate security checkpoint on level two of Terminal 1’s Esplanade.
Jayn & Este is a sister concept to the Las Vegas brand, Marshall Rousso. This store celebrates the origins of the Vegas-based company, paying homage to the founders’ wives, Jayn Marshall and Estelle Rousso. Timeless black and white decor and iconic images allow the shopper to immerse themselves in another era. With offerings to achieve high end looks, the merchandise appeals to customers of all ages who are looking to have a glamorous Vegas-style night out, including high-end fashion brands, pre-loved luxury handbags, jewelry, accessories and more. Travelers can visit Jayn & Este at D-Gates closest to D50.
The dual InMotion and Welcome to Las Vegas Gift Shop is a walkthrough concept, providing a convenient spot to grab both technology essentials and travel souvenirs. InMotion is the world’s largest airport-based electronics retailer. The award-winning brand carries the latest, cutting-edge tech products from brands such as Apple, Beats, Bose, Sony and JBL. The Welcome to Las Vegas Gift Shop is one of the company’s most popular brands, paying tribute to the iconic Welcome to Las Vegas sign and featuring a wide selection of themed products, like souvenirs and keepsakes, Las Vegas-branded men’s and women’s apparel and accessories, snacks and beverages, and more. This location marks WH Smith North America’ seventh Welcome to Las Vegas Gift Shop in LAS, and 29th around the valley, with more to come. InMotion and the Welcome to Las Vegas Gift Shop are located at D-Gates, closest to D59.
In addition to these new openings, WH Smith North America has renovated its LAS Marshall Rousso location. The successful local brand provides well-priced offerings for the fashion-forward shopper. This location of Marshall Rousso has partnered with the RE-LOVE Shop, providing travelers with an ever-changing assortment of pre-loved luxury handbags, wallets, and jewelry, as well as jewelry and accessories from brands like Kendra Scott, Gemelli, Rad + Rae, and Violet and Brooks. This location offers a varied range of distinctive styles from fashion retailers like Joseph Ribkoff, Clara Sunwoo and Miss Me. Marshall Rousso is located next to DT Arts Market in the Terminal 1 Esplanade.
On Thursday, July 18, WH Smith North America executives, including Toby Keir, CEO, Missy Sage, Chief Retail Officer, Roderick McOwan, Chief Development Officer, Julie Skiba, Chief People Officer, and Kinga Reczynska, VP of Retail Operations- West, attended a ceremonious ribbon cutting in front of DT Arts Market. These executives were joined by Clark County officials, including County Commissioner, James Gibson, Director of Aviation, Rosemary Vassiliadis, Department of Aviation CFO, Joseph Piurkowski, and Department of Aviation Commercial Business & Development Manager, Anthony Haas.
