COMMUNITYVENTURES|RE, a newly formed commercial real estate advisory firm, is pleased to announce the formation of their Industrial Group. The group will bring a seasoned and sophisticated perspective to the industrial, manufacturing and logistics space bolstered by extensive local, regional and out of market expertise.
Christopher Mann will lead the Industrial Group as Partner. The group’s platform will focus on high level commercial and corporate real estate advisory and brokerage. Mr. Mann has an extensive background in corporate real estate, commercial brokerage, land use entitlements and development. Prior to joining COMMUNITYVENTURES|RE, Mr. Mann was Director of Corporate Real Estate for Graniterock, a vertically integrated privately held mining, construction materials and construction services company based in California with significant and varied real property holdings. Prior roles include industrial brokerage for CBRE in Reno, leasing and development support for Dermody Properties, and commercial real estate positions with Prudential California Realty Commercial and J.R. Parrish, Inc., predecessor to Colliers International. Mr. Mann brings the unique perspective of having sat on both sides of the commercial and corporate real estate world, that of internal corporate director and that of external commercial real estate advisor. Such experience is a critical component of COMMUNITYVENTURES|RE’s platform as it advises its clients with un-biased expertise, helping to ensure their success.
