Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada to Host Annual St. Patrick’s Day Dinner Fundraiser
Reno, Nev. – Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada (CCNN) presents Leprechauns and Libations, an annual St. Patrick’s Day Dinner, for guests to enjoy an evening of fantastic food, friends, and libations. The event will be held on Saturday, March 14 at 5 p.m. at the Renaissance Hotel Bundox and Bocce, located at 1 South Lake Street in downtown Reno.
“This event is an opportunity for our guests to learn more about the many human service programs at Catholic Charities as well as to enjoy an evening of friendship, food and hospitality,” said Marie Baxter, CEO of Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada.
The Leprechauns and Libations 2020 dinner will offer a variety of food and drinks including, corned beef and cabbage, shepherd’s pie, desserts, craft beer, and sodas. Entertainment will be included with special performances by Celtic band, Ciana, and the Truckee River Dance Company. This event is family friendly, and there will be a special space dedicated to kids, with movies, coloring, and face painting. Plenty of free and family-friendly games will be available including, Skee-Ball, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, Jenga, and Cornhole. There will also be a special Bocce Ball Tournament, where teams can play against each other in a bracket-style tournament to win great prizes. Prizes include, Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe passes, river rafting in California, an overnight stay at the MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa in South Lake Tahoe, and a gift certificate to Williams Sonoma, among others.
A single ticket cost is $65. A ticket for a child under the age of 12 costs $20. Sponsorship opportunities include: Shamrock Sponsor, which includes 10 tickets and a bottle of whiskey; Luck of the Irish Sponsorship, which includes 10 tickets, your logo displayed at the event, sponsor recognition in email and social media, a shared bocce court at the fundraiser, and a bottle of whisky; and Presenting Sponsor, which includes 10 tickets, 10 additional drink tickets, your logo on marketing materials, your logo on each table at the event, mention in email and social media posts, name inclusion in public service announcements, a reserved bocce court at the fundraiser, and a bottle of whiskey.
