Bullhead City, Arizona – CENTURY 21 Americana, the largest CENTURY 21 real estate brokerage in the southwest region, has expanded operations with the addition of its newest location in Bullhead City, Arizona. The brokerage now has 12 offices throughout Nevada and Arizona with more than 450 agents.
Juan Martinez, president of CENTURY 21 Americana, purchased the Bullhead City office from Jason Richardson of CENTURY 21 Colorado River Realty, established in 1991. Originally acquired by the Richardson family in 2001, the majority of the agents have been licensed with CENTURY 21 since the early 2000s. Richardson will be staying on the team, along with Steve Etheridge as the Office Broker, and Tammy Anderson who is Americana’s Designated Broker for the state of Arizona.
“The Bullhead City office expands our reach, providing greater support for clients buying or selling in the area,” said Martinez. “With its prime location on the Nevada-Arizona border, it’s the perfect hub for agents licensed in both states.”
