The property sold in shell condition for $290 per square foot — one of the highest price-per-square-foot transactions in the Las Vegas market for a shell industrial building of this size.
Pat Marsh and Sam Newman of Colliers represented a nondisclosed buyer in the transaction. Brian Riffel and Tyler Jones of Colliers represented the seller, Habitat Development.
Located in the highly desired Southwest submarket, the property offers immediate access to a wealth of nearby amenities and major transportation corridors.
