LAS VEGAS – Colliers | U.S. announced today that Juan E. Rose III has joined the company as Managing Director and Brokerage Market Leader for Las Vegas, NV. In his new role, Rose will oversee all brokerage operations, including recruitment, retention, and business development for the Las Vegas market. He will report to David Josker, President, West Region Brokerage.

Rose joins Colliers from Fespina Rose Group, Inc., a firm he founded that specialized in commercial real estate investments, asset management and strategic advisory services. Previously, he held leadership roles at CBRE.
An entrepreneur and a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, Rose brings a mission-driven, solutions-oriented approach to leadership, combining strategic problem-solving with a deep commitment to service.
