Las Vegas- Executive Chef Giancarlo Bomparola, owner of Siena Italian Authentic Trattoria has purchased the former “First Bistro” restaurant and transformed it into a modern bar and grill called Chill, specializing in both American and Mediterranean cuisine and crafted cocktails.Chill bar and grill, located at 7905 W. Sahara, Las Vegas is a contemporary designed bar and grill with a fantastic menu including: Neapolitan pizza, In house made truffle parmesan fries with sauteed mushrooms, gluten free spinach salad and a luscious caprese salad. Also on the menu are several delicious pastas, a bison burger, shrimp with lemon couscous and many more exquisite eatables.
The restaurant and bar also features daily and weekly happy hour appetizers and drink specials .
The Chill logo and outdoor sign sports a large martini glass with a relaxed patron laying below it, representing the “chill’ atmosphere of the bistro and bar.
Giancarlo Bomparola started developing a passion for cooking and in general, the restaurant business. As a young teenager, he was driven to perfect his craft. Giancarlo left his family in search of an experience that would advance him in knowledge. Today he is a successful self-starter Chef and has gained an abundance of experience in the restaurant industry.
