“Nevada represents a land of opportunity for all, including fostering the immense potential of women entrepreneurs,” says Stephanie Jiroch, Founder and CEO of FFAN. “FFAN is born from the belief that by providing targeted business training and fostering collaboration, we can unlock the full potential of Nevada’s female-led businesses, driving economic growth and creating lasting impact.”
Nevada’s Thriving Landscape for Women Entrepreneurs
The Silver State boasts a rapidly growing entrepreneurial landscape, and women are playing a key role in its ascent. According to NorthOne, Nevada has the highest percentage of new businesses on their list of best states for women entrepreneurs and one of the highest startup survival rates, making it a great place to launch a business. However, despite this promising growth, women entrepreneurs continue to face challenges, including access to capital, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
FFAN: Bridging the Gap for Women Entrepreneurs
FFAN addresses these challenges head-on by offering a comprehensive suite of resources and programs tailored to the unique needs of Nevada’s female founders and entrepreneurs. These include:
● Mentorship & Networking: Facilitating peer-to-peer support networks between members and unique mentorship opportunities through guided digital and in-person programs.
● Educational Workshops & Events: Providing valuable training and insights on critical topics like fundraising, marketing, and business development, plus quarterly and annual events supporting women entrepreneurs throughout every stage of their business journey.
The FFAN invites all women entrepreneurs, investors, allies, and supporters to join its mission. Together, we will continue to foster an ecosystem where Nevada’s women founders thrive and contribute to the economic prosperity of the state.
