Green Valley Presbyterian Church (GVPC) released the schedule for their services during Holy week beginning March 24.
“Our services are open to the public, you do not need to be a member to join us,” said Dr. Adrian Doll, senior pastor. “We welcome everyone as we celebrate and remember the event that changed the world.”
Palm Sunday services, March 24, are at 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. and celebrate Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem. Maundy Thursday service is on March 28 at 7 p.m. and reflects on the Last Supper with communion being served. Good Friday is March 2h at 12:00 p.m. and commemorates the death of Jesus with a reading of the passion. Easter Sunday services will be at 7:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to celebrate the risen Christ.
