Nancy J Industrial Park consists of eight (8) freestanding buildings. Each building includes Four (4) 9’ x 10’ dock loading doors and (2) 12’ x 14’ grade level doors, 24’ clear height, and rear loading access. Each building is divisible to 2 occupants.
