Las Vegas, NV. May 4, 2023 – Colliers today announced the sale of Skyline Industrial Portfolio, a six-building master-planned development spanning 350,712 square feet across 18.41 acres in the Southwest sub-market of Las Vegas.
Colliers’ Western Region Industrial Capital Markets Group, comprised of Michael Kendall, Gian Bruno, and Kenny Patricia, partnered with Colliers’ Las Vegas market experts Dan Doherty, Paul Sweetland, Chris Lane, and Jerry Doty in marketing the portfolio. Colliers exclusively sold the portfolio on behalf of the private Seller. The buyer, Link Logistics, acquired the portfolio for approximately $80,000,000.
