MassMedia Marketing, Advertising, PR, a Las Vegas-based integrated advertising, marketing and public relations agency, announced the bolstering of its consumer and hospitality public relations offering with the addition of Jenn Smulo to the PR team as Director of Consumer Public Relations. With more than a decade of experience leading award-winning campaigns for globally recognized chefs, restaurants, and hospitality brands, Smulo will oversee consumer PR strategy and execution as the agency continues its rapid growth across the Southwest.
Throughout her career, Smulo has represented some of the most respected names in hospitality, including José Andrés, Roy Choi, Masaharu Morimoto, and Wolfgang Puck, as well as acclaimed brands such as Major Food Group, NoMad and The h.wood Group. Her experience extends across the beverage and spirits industries—launching new products with Metallica’s BLACKENED Whiskey, activating clients at Tales of the Cocktail and World’s 50 Best Bars, and coordinating national campaigns such as the Tipsy Scoop x Playboy collaboration celebrating Playboy’s 70th anniversary.
“Jenn’s depth of experience across hospitality, lifestyle, and entertainment brands makes her an incredible asset to our growing team,” said Paula Yakubik, CEO and founding partner at MassMedia. “Her creativity, media instincts, and proven track record of delivering results align perfectly with our mission to help clients stand out and grow through powerful storytelling.”
Before joining MassMedia, Smulo held roles at Kirvin Doak Communications, bread & Butter, and Rachel Harrison Communications, where she led high-profile campaigns spanning hospitality, travel, and entertainment. Her work includes representing major brands such as Wynn Las Vegas, MGM Resorts International, and The Joule in Dallas, as well as supporting the transformation of Monte Carlo Resort and Casino into Park MGM and launching Lady Gaga’s first Las Vegas residency to worldwide coverage. Smulo has also led creative campaigns for Spiegelworld, from production and F&B openings in Las Vegas and Atlantic City to announcing the company’s purchase of Nipton, California. Her efforts have earned placements in top outlets including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Hollywood Reporter, Good Morning America, and CBS Sunday Morning, along with modern creator collaborations with Binging with Babish and Joshua Weissman.
“You can feel MassMedia’s energy the moment you walk through the door,” said Jenn Smulo, director of consumer public relations at MassMedia. “It’s an agency that’s earned its reputation through passion, creativity, and collaboration. I’m excited to help carry that legacy forward and push our work—and our impact—even further.”
