Metcalf Builders, a prominent commercial construction company headquartered in Northern Nevada, announced today the groundbreaking of the Line Drive Apartments, a $15 million affordable housing project in Reno, Nevada. This development will provide critical housing solutions for Veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness and adults with physical disabilities.
With a total of 51 residential units in a three-story building, spanning 46,769 square feet, Line Drive Apartments address Nevada’s growing need for affordable housing. It is located at 700 Line Drive, Reno NV 89512. The project will include a variety of amenities such as decorative hardscape, a dog park, shaded seating and BBQ area and an indoor community room.

Construction on Line Drive apartments began in January 2025, and has an anticipated completion date in spring 2026.
