Las Vegas, NV — After 28 years leading and growing OCMI’s Nevada-focused office, Justin Peterson is embarking on a new chapter outside of Las Vegas. Justin will continue to serve as OCMI’s Chief Financial Officer and Principal, expanding his leadership impact across all regional offices and driving firmwide growth initiatives. His decades of commitment to Nevada have set the foundation for continued success across the Southwest.
OCMI is pleased to announce that Marielle Lugay has been promoted to Regional Manager for the Las Vegas office. Marielle brings a proven record of collaboration, client service, and team development; qualities that reflect OCMI’s mission to Collaborate. Innovate. Elevate.
Joining OCMI in 2017 as an entry-level cost estimator, Marielle quickly demonstrated her technical aptitude and management potential. Over the past eight years, she has advanced through multiple roles to become a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to her peers. In her new position, Marielle will oversee OCMI’s multidisciplinary services in Nevada, including cost estimating, scheduling, and construction management, while continuing to cultivate strong relationships with public- and private-sector clients throughout the region.
As a Regional Cost Manager, Marielle has led the Nevada estimating team in delivering accurate, reliable budget analyses and cost control services for projects across the entertainment, education, municipal, state, and federal sectors. Known for her expertise in managing projects with complex phasing and logistical challenges, she also provides preconstruction support, change order and claims review, and cost evaluations related to delay claims.
