RE/MAX Realty Affiliates Agent Terri Cole Awarded CLHMS and GUILD Status
Reno, Nev. – RE/MAX Realty Affiliates (RRA) Reno office agent, Terri Cole, has been simultaneously awarded the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing SpecialistTM (CLHMS) designation and Million Dollar GUILD TM recognition from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing for her experience and success as a luxury real estate professional. Cole has been a professional REALTOR® for over 30 years and specializes in luxury homes and estates, equestrian properties, commercial properties, and relocation in the Reno, Sparks, and Lake Tahoe areas.

In order to gain the CLHMSTM designation, agents have to complete the Institute’s luxury marketing course, be an active member of the Institute, and meet the CLHMSTM Application sales requirements. To achieve GUILDTM recognition, agents need to be an active CLHMSTM designated member and meet or exceed the GUILDTM application sales requirements, which include having three closed transactions that meet the following: the property is residential, each property is a unique address, the sold price is at or above $1,000,000, and the sold date of both properties are within a 24-month period of each other.
