
June 18, 2025 (RENO, Nev.) – REMSA Health is pleased to announce the promotion of Shae Billingsley to Manager of Information Technology.
In this role, Billingsley will oversee the department that configures a complex network of technological systems that keeps REMSA Health running safely and efficiently. He will ensure the company’s Information Technology reflects the highest security measures, and that systems are compliant with local, state, and federal requirements for security and privacy.

Billingsley joined REMSA Health in 2024 as a System Administrator II and brings more than a decade of information technology experience. He worked as a Data Center System Engineer for Server Technology, a Reno-based company specializing in enterprise power distribution solutions. In that role, he traveled internationally to consult with leading technology firms including NVIDIA, Apple, Oracle, Salesforce, and Roblox on large-scale infrastructure and data center optimization.
Billingsley holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University – Northridge. In 2021, he founded Tech NV, a community-focused initiative offering coding courses for youth in the Reno area, with the mission of expanding access to STEM education.
