Shine A Light Foundation will host its annual fundraising gala, “Beneath the Neon,” on Sunday, April 19 at 11 a.m. at Notoriety in downtown Las Vegas.The event will bring together community leaders, partners and supporters to raise critical funds and awareness for individuals living in the underground flood channels beneath the Las Vegas Strip — a largely unseen population facing homelessness, addiction and extreme vulnerability.
Shine A Light Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to meeting people where they are by entering the flood channels, building trust through human connection, providing essential resources, and guiding individuals toward recovery, housing and long-term stability.

The gala will feature a curated auction. Organizers are currently seeking donations of experiences, gift cards, services, merchandise, travel packages, dining and entertainment items. Community members and businesses are encouraged to contribute.

- $595,103 invested directly into housing and treatment
- 92% re-engagement rate for clients in the program 90+ days who experience relapse
- $0.92 of every $1 raised goes directly to client costs
