Siena Italian Authentic Trattoria and Deli located at 9500 W. Sahara Ave in Las Vegas is preparing for one of their busiest times of the year – the holiday season . Siena Italian is now booking the beautifully appointed banquet room, as well as, reserving large table areas in the restaurant for corporate office parties or groups of friends and families.
The popular Italian Trattoria offers full menu options or may create a special menu upon request.
Food is made from scratch daily in the kitchen led by Milan-raised Executive Chef Giancarlo Bomparola, who embodies the spirit of northern Italian cooking with dishes inspired by his heritage and recipes passed down through generations.
The menu features a variety of authentic Italian starters and insalate including prosciutto e mozzarella, guazzeto, and antipasto salad, as well as pizza and calzones, a large selection of house-made pastas, seasonal dishes and specialties.
The owner, Executive Chef Giancarlo Bomparola, has asked that reservations for holiday events be made as soon as possible, as each year the restaurant reaches maximum bookings available.
Deli hours are Sunday: 10:00 AM-9:00 PM,
Monday 11:30 AM -9:00 PM, Tuesday- Saturday- 11:30 AM- 11:00 PM
