Emerald Island and Rainbow Club Casinos co-owner and general manager Tim Brooks received the Boy Scouts of America’s North Star Award on Wednesday, May 10, 2023.
Tim has spent the past 10 years supporting the Boy Scouts’ Las Vegas Area Council. He has sponsored such events as the annual golf tournament and Taste of Vegas Event. He has served on several nominating and steering committees to help recruit new volunteers and donors to the council.
