Trident was involved in the construction of The English Hotel and Pepper Club by Todd English, an Asian Ocean Fusion and Sushi Bar with locally sourced ingredients restaurant which is attached to The English Hotel in the Arts District.

Developer, Z Life Co, whose projects include The English Hotel have plans for a live, work, play mixed -use urban lifestyle project to include 3,000 residential units and 100,000 square feet of commercial space, where residents can live an urban lifestyle without the need for a car.
Donofrio Jr. added, “As the construction manager, Trident will oversee all aspects of the project, from procurement and scheduling to quality control and safety management. We will work closely with all stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure the successful and timely completion of the Midtown project.”
