LAS VEGAS, NV — DOGE NEVADA, a newly launched independent watchdog organization, is on a mission to bring transparency, accountability, and efficiency to Nevada’s public institutions. At a time when public trust in government spending is at historic lows, DOGE NEVADA is stepping up to investigate and expose waste, fraud, and abuse—regardless of party or department.
The non-governmental organization was recently featured on News Channel 3 in Las Vegas, where President Brandon Davis spoke on the misuse of taxpayer funds and the urgency for public accountability. The coverage marked an early milestone in the group’s growing presence across the state.
At a recent public event, Clark County Sheriff Kevin McMahill called out from the stage that DOGE NEVADA and Brandon Davis should investigate the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR), citing concerns about excessive fraud within the agency.
“Taxpayers work too hard to see their money wasted on bloated bureaucracy and mismanaged programs,” said Brandon Davis, President of DOGE NEVADA. “Our job is to bring that spending into the light—so Nevadans know where their dollars are going and can demand better.”
DOGE NEVADA relies on a combination of public data from the Nevada State Controller’s Office, Nevada’s Open Finance Portal, and local government databases, as well as direct tips from inside whistleblowers. The organization encourages Nevadans to use its anonymous whistleblower reporting tool at www.dogenv.com, giving government employees and citizens alike a safe place to share what they know without fear of retaliation.
According to a recent Harvard CAPS/Harris Poll, 79% of voters believe the government should balance the budget by reducing spending—not raising taxes—and 63% agree that government spending is riddled with waste and inefficiency. The mission of DOGE NEVADA aligns with these sentiments and is designed to hold both state and local agencies to a higher standard.
To continue and expand its work, DOGE NEVADA is seeking public support and private donations to grow its team of coders, analysts, researchers, and developers, fund public records requests, and build technology to make government more accountable to the people it serves.

As far as I can tell from the news reports DOGE hasn’t accomplished much and seems to be acting just like Trump — irrational and in many cases violating the Constitution. The End doesn’t justify illegal Means. Just wait until the midterm election. I have left the Republican party.
